Can you believe that Christmas is almost here!? We've updated our website with this years' Christmas card designs and we think you are going to love them! Most of the designs are very customizable - we can change colors, patterns and even the size! Here are a few of our favorite designs. To view them all as well as pricing information, click here.

Our Christmas deadline this year is December 1st. If you are interested in cards, prints or products in time for Christmas, they must be ordered before the deadline. Our last session date available for Christmas delivery is November 23rd.

Float wraps and freebies

We have a great new product available - Float Wraps.

A Float Wrap is a new, unique option to display images. Float Wraps are similar to Gallery Wraps or Standouts in that they add dimension by extending out from the wall. They are made with a photographic print that is wrapped around masonite to create a thin wrap. The prints are protected with a matte laminate. There is also padding between the print and the masonite to give the front of the Float Wrap a raised, elegant look and feel. The back of the Float Wrap is complete with a black paper backing and a black 3/4" thick gatorboard block that allows the Float Wrap to extend out from the wall. The back of the block also contains holes for hanging.

I mentioned last week that we switched labs and were offering a few new products, including the new mini accordion albums. Here are few other new products we have:

Tented Desk Calendar

Our Tented Desk Calendars are 7x5" in size with spiral binding along the top seam. A monthly calendar and one vertical image is displayed on each page. With the ability to choose the starting month, you're able to order it any time throughout the year!

52-week calendars

Our 52-Week Calendar is 8x6" in size with spiral binding along the side seam. One horizontal image (on the left) and a weekly calendar (on the right) is displayed for each page. Choose the starting month for your calendar and personalize dates with special occasions.

Digital Files

Files are full resolution and are not watermarked. You will receive a printing release and link to a professional printing lab to guarantee the highest quality print. 

1-4 files: $30 each

5-10 files: $20 each

All files: $350

If you would like all of the images from your session for scrapbooking or personal use on blogs, websites, etc. you can purchase a disc for $100. This includes all images from your session sized to 4x6 along with a printing release and a link to a professional printing lab to guarantee the highest quality print.

Digital files are available with a minimum print purchase of $50.

New lab, new products - Georgetown Kentucky Photographer

Our goal is to always offer the highest quality products available. With that in mind, we recently made the decision to switch printing labs. We have been ordering all of our custom cards through White House Custom Colour (WHCC) but now all prints will be from WHCC as well! 

We are very excited about the switch and know you will be, too! Their price structure is a bit different than our previous labs, so we have updated our price sheets to reflect the switch. One exciting thing about switching labs is that we have a few new products to offer! Our favorites are the new accordion albums. They are 3"x3" and make the perfect brag book for your purse! 

They show 10 prints and can be covered in your choice of several colors in either canvas or eurohyde. The come as a set of 3 identical books for only $45 - additional books in the same design can be ordered for $10 each.

Your session is done, your gallery is posted and it's time to order prints! Where will you hang them? What size should you order? How will you arrange the prints on the wall? We're here to help!

Beautiful Album - Georgetown, Kentucky photographer

A few months ago, we showed you one of the new products we are offering - hard cover albums. The post showed you some layouts, but at the time I didn't have photos of the actual album. Today I do! Please keep in mind that I am not a product photographer :) The photos don't do the book justice - it is beautiful! This particular book is 8"x8", but it is also available in 5"x5" and 10"x10".  For pricing and more information, click here.

The cover features your favorite image from your session.

The front, back and spine of the cover are completely customizable! The thin white page you see towards the front of the album is a vellum page that protects the first (and last) page of the album. The actual pages are nice and thick.

Unlike some other photo books, this album has a very small gutter. (Where the pages meet in the middle.) None of your page is lost in the seam!

I just love how this album turned out, and hope the client does as well!

One of the changes we have made for 2009 is we now offer hard cover photo books! They come with 20-50 pages are totally customizable, right down to the cover. Below are a few examples of page designs. They are shown as 2-page spreads, with the red line being the gutter of the book.

We have added several new Christmas card designs over the last few months, and there are more on the way! To view all of the cards available and pricing information, click here. Keep in mind that you are not limited to the cards featured on the website. We can work together to come up with a one of a kind design just for your family! Cards are available in sizes 4"x8" (photo paper) 4"x6", 5"x5" and 5"x7" (low gloss card stock.) Cards are sold in sets of 25 and include envelopes. Pricing starts at $25 per set.

Ornaments & photo tiles

We just signed up with a new vendor and now offer custom photo ornaments and 6x6 photo tiles. These would make great Christmas gifts for anyone on your list!

The ornaments are available in a 2"x3", 3"x2" and 3"x3" flat glass, and will have a perfectly coordinating ribbon at the top. My favorite part is the beads that are added at the bottom! Ornaments are double sided - you can add a second photo or words for no additional cost!! These are 100% handcrafted. The soldering technique used is not meant to be perfect - it gives each item its own character and style.

The photo tiles are 6"x6" Travertine tumbled tiles. The back is the same rock and the corners and sides are left naturally rough. Your full 6"x6" photo will be sealed on to the tile, distressed and perfectly displayed on a fold out black easel. If you chose an embellished tile, just let us know any themes or certain color schemes you would like to be used and we will incorporate that.
