I first met Elizabeth's mom, Sara, when Elizabeth wasn't even a year old. I can't believe that she is already 3! We spent a gorgeous fall day playing in the leaves at Henry Clay's Estate and Elizabeth was a wonderful model for me. We even snuck in a few photos of big-sister Cali!

This adorable family had their session all the way back in October!!! I'll get caught up one of these days. :) We met at a local park and had so much fun playing. They needed some updated photos of Mr. Judah since he just had his first birthday, as well as some photos now that they are a family of 4. I love how these photos turned out. The family photo is my favorite!

Melissa and Emily own Between Friends - a women's consignment boutique and gift shop in downtown Georgetown. They wanted some updated family photos to hang around the store, so we headed downtown last weekend for a double family session. With 4 adults, 5 kids and 90+ degree heat it was quite an adventure! Here are a few of my favorites.

miles is two! - georgetown kentucky family children's photographer

A few weeks ago, I was asked to photograph a birthday party. I had never done anything like that before, but I am SO glad I was able to go! Miles' mom, Erin, put together the most amazing party. Every detail was absolutely perfect!

There was a magician, a pony, cotton candy, balloon animals, face painting, popcorn, snow cones and an adorable birthday cake.

Here is the handsome birthday boy! He is such a cutie - I love his blue eyes and blonde curls.

My little sister, Hannah, will be turning 16 in October so my mom wanted to do a mini-session to get some updated photos of her. Since we will be doing her senior portrait session next summer, we decided to just do a few headshot type photos this time. I love how they turned out!

I couldn't decide if I liked these next two better in black & white or color, so you get both!

Twins - Georgetown Lexington Kentucky Children Family Photography

Last night I met up with the Anderson family at the Japanese Gardens in Georgetown. They have adorable 14 month old twin boys who are as cute as can be. When this was the first shot, I knew it was going to be a great session!

I thought Erica did an amazing job choosing the outfits for their family portrait. Their outfits all coordinated, but weren't too 'matchy.' She also brought the perfect props - these adorable wooden pull toys. 

I can tell the boys apart, but I have a hard time remembering which is Evan and which is Jason. I'll get it right one of these days, Erica! :) 

I know this is mean, but I just love this one :) They were mad that we had taken their books away.
